Round child resistant metal packaging: it’s rolled inside and the same as normal tins from appearance. There is a gap in the lid area and there are two embossing area in body. When the gap area turns to embossing area and lift lid, the tins will be opened. Comparing press and turn style, lift and turn tins will be steadily and cost will be lower. Also it can be changed to airtight child resistant metal packaging. It can pack edibles, marijuana flower directly.
Rectangular child resistant metal packaging: it’s double inside structure and the same as THC DESIGN(nice appearance). The CR mechanism is the same as round one. There are two layers for the lid area. The inside lid hold the embossing of body and press the inside body area to release the embossing area. Then the tin box will be opened. It utilizes elasticity of tinplate to make CR mechanism steadily.
Irregular child resistant metal packaging: it’s the same as polish tins. Pressing one side and then tin box will be opened. The appearance will be a little difference with normal tins. One side area in the lid is difference and it can ensure pressing and opening function. The important area is two hands to hold and press tin lid. Children couldn’t finish this action by themselves.
